HI
So I am still a little sick. Should i go get seen. I have a cough and it brings crap out of my chest, but I don't feel terrible. Just the cough and a runny nose. I already have to drive an hourish on Friday for an eye appointment, and we have to steal someone's car to do it. Did I tell you I got contacts? They were a pain but I've gotten better at them so they're not so bad. One doesn't fit right though so I have to go back in. I did get the gummy bears and we totally didn't already eat them all this week....... All my money like disappeared since I got here too so I might have to use my debit card this week. We get paid on Friday.

Feels a lot like Spring Break here. The weather was really nice this week. Everyone left town though cuz this town is pretty small and boring haha. So is he gong to go to Houston?

Austin told me about Ranger school too. Sounds like fun? I might be going through my own ranger school this week hahahhaha...... We forgot to pass out the dinner calandar so we have nothing scheduled for dinner past this Thursday, besides this Sunday and next Sunday

This week was pretty good! We saw a lot of people. We also went to this less active lady who wasn't home, but we got the impression to knock the houses around her, and we picked up a pretty solid potential from it. It was pretty cool. She said to set something up with her tomorrow. We've been walking a lot which kind of sucks. But the area is so small it doesn't matter too much. We have about a 2 mile square radius. I'm not sure how to show you the area. I'll take a picture of the map and send it to you next week or something. The families that we have been working with weren't able to meet this week. But we met with an 8 yr old in a family who's kind of less active, who has a desire to get baptized. So we're working on that. We also started teaching the lessons to this kid who just became a priest by request of his Mom. It felt kind of unproductive. Hopefully we can make those go better.

That's all the main stuff I think!
Love you!

HI Mom!
Glad to hear things are a little better.
Murrietta is hot, and dry. It's been a hard adjustment actually this time around. Plus I'm freaking getting sick again. I have this lung cold going on. It's not too hard to breathe but there's definitely some fluid in there. I was able to play football this morning just fine though.

The work is pretty good. We have a family 8, and a family of 4, and a family of 3, and a high school senior who is dating a Laurel and wants to get taught. We've met with the family of 4. They're pretty cool. Kind of lazy but that's ok. The kids went to church yesterday. The mom is kind of disabled but we're still trying to get her to church. We also are going to start teaching a couple families who are about to baptize their 8 yr olds, and some youth that are about to go on a mission. So we have a lot to do. Which is good because our area is tiny! I'm excited for this transfer though I think it's going to be good! As long as I can get freaking healthy >_<

Love you!

March 13, 2017

Sorry I have to keep this short!! I was emailing and the internet went out and I wasn't able to get back on until now. Sooooooooooooooooo:

1. I'm going to the Los Almos Ward in Murietta which is pretty close to my last ward which was in Temecula My new companion is Elder Adams, I don't know him.
2. Definitely going to be hotter
3. Am I excited? Meh. Just going to feel it out. It's apparently the smallest geographical area in the mission
4. I ate all the food. I wouldn't mind some snack stuff. crackers gummy snacks and what not

I'm actually kind of sad to leave this ward. I really love this ward. I connected with the people here a lot more than my other 2 wards. I'm pretty nervous and stressed about starting over again. And it's probably going to be my last ward. I should be fine though! People say Elder Adams is cool and that everyone loves going to Murrieta. yesterday we said bye to the Curtis family (the one we pranked for Christmas on behalf of the Frandsen family) and they decided that we should get back at the Frandsen family. So we went over to the Frandsen's and had everyone sit in the living room, and then 2 minutes later the Curtis's burst through the door and started spraying super soakers at them haha. They weren't that happy though because it was an antique wool rug and leather furniture. So we ended up drying the rug haha. The rest of the visit was awkward but it got less awkward as it went on. I love both of those families haha. I'm definitely going to try and visit them eventually.

Baaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
That's all I got
Love you!

HI
I got all the stuff even Othello. And yeah I've tossed that board a couple times now. This Spanish sister beat me 2/2 when we played Othello. I almost flipped that board too haha.

Transfers are the 14th and President confirmed that I'm leaving in our interview. I think I would prefer going to Vista. But I really just don't want to go to the Temecula/Murieta area again because I'll be there all Summer.

Speaking of boring. Right on queue for transfers some cool stuff starts to happen. This lady, who told one of our members that she'd like a Priesthood blessing and to learn about The Family Proclamation named Lynnette Bowmen, finally set something up and we went over to the member's house (Brother Goates) and we had a good lesson on the Proclamation and the Plan of Salvation. We also gave her a Blessing and the Spirit was super strong and she said she felt it, and the Goates' felt it and we both felt it. She agreed to take all the lessons. She didn't agree to go to church though. We have another appointment this Friday with her. So I'll probably teach her one more time before I leave. We also started helping these non-members pack up and move out of their house. Their names our Thomas and Brianna. They've had a lot of problems with drugs and the hope is that while we're helping them we can share the Gospel with them. We spent one night talking to this gay guy who's a member of our ward all about the conspiracy theories on the Denver Airport. That was a pretty fun time haha. We also went over to the Lingardo's house, who have a son that just returned from a mission but they're not members, and they let us try out they're Oculous Rift VR headset. I'll send you some pictures of that. hopefully a video if it'll fit somewhere.

We also went to Buffalo Wild Wings, and Elder Draper, our District Leader's companion, did the Flaming hot challenge. Which is 12 Flaming hot (ghost pepper sauce) in 6 minutes with no drink. He ate 5 and almost died. It was hilarious and scary how his face so quickly turned bright red. The staff felt bad for him so they refunded the wings and they gave him 3 bottles of milk, and a slice of bread to put on his face.

I found a bunch of Christmas candy that I haven't eaten yet. So my healthy binge got kind of ruined this week. I also bought a thing of Cheez-Its and Oreos today. Zzzzzzz.

Well I think that's it!
Love you!!!
