Yeah we have a car. My bike's fine. How did you figure out we had a car? I need my licence renewed because Elder Sharp doesn't have driving privileges for some reason. It's pretty much just for P-day and going to district and zone meetings and any other random stuff we have to do. We use our bikes to work still. I'm ok with cash for my birthday haha. I dont know why but we blow through money here. I've had to use most of the visa gift cards since I've gotten here. Hopefully we can get a handle on it next month.

Not a lot happened this week. like 6 people told us they'd come to church and no one showed up. We even committed Suzy to baptism the night before, and she ended not being able to go. That has been the most frustrating thing about these past couple months. Having a lot of people to teach but no one coming to Church. It was crazy though that was our second visit with Suzy (who is the lady who used to live two minutes from our house) literally taught us the Plan of Salvation. She has a strong relationship with God and He literally has been teaching her all of the things that the Church teaches from just the Bible. She hasn't even read that much of the Book of Mormon and she told us she knows that it's true on Saturday. And she's probably going to get baptized on my Birthday. Freaking nuts. This experience has really strengthened my faith. It helps me know that this is God's Church and he has a plan for everyone. 

Ummmm that's all i got. What do i want for my birthday? Uhhhh.... not sure probably just money. oh and my electric razor.

It's pretty much exactly the opposite up here weather wise. We are in the 90s and it's super dry. I'm struggling with nose problems I can't tell if it's allergies or a bad cold I might go to the doctor but I'm broke so if I do I'll probably have to use personal funds. It's been going on for a while though and it hasn't been getting better. Work wise we're doing pretty well! We had 2 investigators come to sacrament yesterday. Catherine pushed her date back again because her best friend's going to be out of town so we aren't sure when she's going to get baptized. We have another lady named Angelita on date but she didn't come to church yesterday so we are going to verbally chastise her.. Just kidding but it's frustrating when she doesn't come haha. Hopefully we can start meeting with her more often. I think it would go a lot smoother if that happened.Suzy the lady from C Springs came to church and said she liked it so hopefully we'll get her on date soon. I'm excited fr this transfer I think a lot is going to happen!

For my Birthday I'm thinking gift cards... I go through money faster here for some reason. I've used almost all of the gift cards you gave me.

So we store our bikes on our bike rack on the car at night because we don't want to carry them up 3 flights of stairs. And I guess I forgot to strap it in and we were driving and it fell off and I ended up dragging it over to the side of the road. The seat as a big chunk missing out of the back left corner of it. My right handle bar is chewed up and the left little thing that shows me what gear I'm in is shattered. The front break got a little screwed up but I was able to fix it. So it's still rideable luckily. Elder Sharp's bike is a piece of trash too. It didn't fall off or anything but his front tire keeps going flat for some reason. We replaced the tube and everything and it still goes flat super fast. We're a hot mess right now. We watched the Book of Mormon Movie. It was probably one of the worst movies ever. We almost died of laughter watching it.

Yeah. we're doing awesome! We set 3 baptismal dates this week. It was crazy. We set a date with Shannon on my birthday. That's a pretty good birthday present, right? Oh so another crazy thing that happened. My companion's first name is Stockton. We got a media referral for a lady who lives on Stockton Street. So he was pretty excited about that. It took us like 2 or 3 weeks to finally meet with her. We finally get in and it turns out she just recently moved here from freaking Colorado Springs, like just a little bit before I left. She lived like litterally 2 minutes away from our new house. She knows that fire station we live by and everything. She was also like the most prepared person I've ever seen. We showed her Elder Holland's talk from conference, and he quoted 2 scriptures in his talk. It turns out that those 2 scriptures are her favorite scriptures and have always stuck out to her. It literally blew my mind. This Church is so true it hurts some times. I think it would be awesome if we got to go to a conference session. The district I'm in is awesome and they both live in Utah, and we've talking about hanging out. So I want to go down to Utah anyway. This transfer flew by it's been crazy. Me and Elder Sharp are going to be together another transfer so that's cool. Anyway good to hear from you!

So yeah this week was a joke haha. We played extreme easter egg capture the flag last Monday and I grabbed the egg this one time, started to run back to our side (we're playing in a church gym btw) and this big guy pops out of the side door, along with another big guy on the other side of me, they end up sandwiching me and I fly like 3 feet in the air somehow and land on my head. It turns out it gave me a minor concussion and we had to stay in most of the week. My head still kind of hurts actually. But two of our investigators watched Conference and really enjoyed it. We have been meeting with this guy named Mike, Elder Sharp dropped him with his old companion when he first got here. We ran into him a couple weeks ago and are teaching him again. Something apparently is different this time because he says he's finally understanding, He's gotten really excited over some scriptures from the Book of Mormon that we've shared with him, he was moved by a couple talks in conference, and he's finally committed to coming to church next week. I'm super excited, that builds my testimony about the organization of this Church, that those men and women are really called of God. I'm excited about this week.

The Brussels kids are awesome. My favorite talk was Holland's for sure. This whole conference was really powerful to be honest. Did Dad watch the priesthood session? That was really powerful as well. The prophet's talks were so short this year. They were still really good though. 

Oh so the dinners. We called someone like Wednesday and Thursday was the day that we ended up having dinners again. How'd you know that? We stayed in all day Tuesday and Wednesday anyway, though, so we had like Subway and something else the other nights so we were fine.We got paid on Tuesday. 

I'm good on stuff right now. I'll let you guys know if I need anything.
